Each year Winterland Lodge & Taproom seeks friendly, passionate and reliable hospitality staff to join our small team in Nozawa Onsen. If you enjoy working with a team passionate about delivering a memorable experience for our guests, we'd love to hear from you. Please note that as we do have a small team, where everyone makes an impact on our guests, and the responsible service of alcohol is required, we do not hire staff under 21 years of age. Winterland Lodge is a boutique hotel with just 6 guest rooms and a fun, family-friendly restaurant specializing in craft beer and custom-made gyoza. All staff interact with guests so we are looking for outgoing, hospitality-minded people to join our team. Each year we have a few positions available and this year we are especially looking for people with the following experience:
- Chef (Winterland) > Limited positions available
- Cook (Craft Room / Winterland)
- All-Rounder (Housekeeping, Server, Kitchen Support)
- Barista (Winterland / Craft Room) > Limited positions available
- Lodge Manager
We also hire and manage The Craft Room, a ski-in-ski out cafe and the first craft beer taproom in the village.
