Winterland Lodge & Taproom seeks friendly, passionate and reliable hospitality staff to join our small team in Nozawa Onsen. If you enjoy working with a team passionate about delivering a memorable experience for our guests, we'd love to hear from you. Winterland is a boutique hotel with just 6 guest rooms and a fun, family-friendly restaurant specializing in craft beer and custom-made gyoza. All staff interact with guests so we are looking for outgoing, hospitality-minded people to join our team. Each year we have a few positions available and this year we are especially looking for people with the following experience:

- Chef (Winterland)
- Cook (Craft Room / Winterland)
- Barista (Winterland / Craft Room)
- All-arounders (servers, housekeeping, lodge)
- Assistant lodge manager

We also hire and manage The Craft Room, a ski-in-ski out cafe and the first craft beer taproom in the village.
