The Winterland Taproom & Gyoza Bar is a family-friendly fixture at the center of Nozawa Onsen Village with 12 rotating taps of craft beer, cider and seltzer as well as a stocked can fridge. Enjoy Winterland’s famous gyoza, including our signature Nozawana gyoza with locally-sourced Nozawana and our original vegan-friendly vegetarian gyoza made especially for Winterland by our friends in the gyoza capital of Japan – Utsunomiya. Our gyoza pair perfectly with your favorite craft beer or cider. The taproom menu also features plenty of izakaya-style favorites such as our famous Winterland karaage (Japanese fried-chicken), edamame, our popular salt and pepper squid, agedashi-dofu, Okinawan-style taco rice, tasty barbecue chicken wrap, fresh salads and more.

Reservations are suggested as we do fill up or join us for Winterland’s Happy Hour goes from 3-5pm (no reservations at this time). Did we mention kids have their own Kids’ Space in the back corner, including the Lego Wall and an assortment of books and toys. Parents are responsible for looking after their kids in this space to ensure they do not bother other guests.
